Pet shampoo natural base

With the wide variety of commercially made pet shampoos, it's hard to find all natural, no harsh chemicals used pet shampoo. Our pet shampoo/ soap base made with oatmeal milk, chamomile tea, calendula extract, black cumin oil, coconut oil, castor oil, frankincense extract, aloe extract, sunflower oil, KOH
The base can be diluted to custom thickness, diluting instruction/ suggestion shipped with the base. It makes at least twice of the final product.
