Return policy

Returns have to be approved by us, make sure you have written permission from us to return item/s, unapproved returns won't be refunded. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility. All returns have to arrive back within 30 days of original purchase. Return item/s have to be in original unused condition and in original packaging. We highly recommend to discuss any order/s issues with us beforehand and see if we can work things out.
